If you are smart, you will NOT rent here. This place is horrendous and is the worst place I have ever lived at. Wish I could get out of my lease! There is a cockroach infestation and even after the management sprayed, they are still here. The noise is unbelievable and I have not had a good nights sleep since renting here. It is a courtyard environment and you can hear everything your neighbors are talking about and if there are children, you might as well forget about getting any peace and quiet. The walls are so thin that when people close their front doors, our windows rattle and if you live on a lower floor, you can hear people walking around upstairs and even turning in their beds at night and you can even hear people going to the bathroom. Gross! And forget about the woman that ""manages"" the apartment. She is NEVER in her office no matter what day or time you try to find her. The rent may be 'cheap', but believe me, you get what you pay for and actually the money they get for these dumps is way too much! Don't even bother trying to use the washers and dryers, because they are never available. The laundry room is supposed to open at 7am, but it never opens until 11. Wish I had read the reviews before I rented here. BEWARE!!!!!\r
