About a year ago we puchase a bunk bed from here. The 1st disappointment was they called and changed the delivery day even though the store said it was no problem to do a Saturday delivery for me do to our schedule. So we had to make arrangments to be home during the week. Then when they come they claim it would not fit & took the bed back. I did measurements after they let & KNEW it could fit. So I called & had to wait another week for them to come back & sure enough it fit! After they left I seen there were a few screws missing! Then alot of them were loose or not in properly. My son will be in that bed, So my husband had to go threw & fix their sloppiness.\r
Well I though maybe it was just a bad day for them. The other day we attempted to purchase sofas. Well once again we were told it would be here on a Saturday. We get a call Friday to say it will not be delivered till Tuesday! Again we were going to be home! Then we decided to just cancel & try harlem. Well they gave us such a hard time to cancel. My husband finally told them that he was just going to refuse the furniture when they arrive & it would just be wasting more of their time. Finally they agreed to cancel it. They have been nothing but a headache! I cant see them lasting much longer with the horrible customer service
