The staff is so very friendly and knowledgeable. They were able to give some instruction that really helped us about discouraging dog aggression.
If your top priority is finding a cheap place for your dog--this is not the place for you. This kennel is one of the most expensive--but you get what you pay for. The Beech Hill staff treated my dog so well, she is thrilled whenever she thinks we are on the way there. The 5 - 7 pm pick-up and drop-off time is very convenient, and in contrast to a previous comment--the staff was happy to allow me to inspect the space.
