My friend (bride) and I (maid of honor) had received a phone call from them after purchasing our dresses on a Tuesday saying we have to come pick up our dresses by that Friday or they will ship it to us and we will be charged. Apparently our dresses had been in for over a month and we had never gotten notified until last minute. We both had moved out of the state shortly after purchasing our dresses with them. We were both in the area a week prior to the phone call so obviously if we knew we would of picked them up but needless to say we could not pick them up so they were shipped... my dress arrived perfectly fine BUT my friend's, the BRIDE.... her dress was lost in the mail and David's Bridal would not replace it, she had to buy a new dress.
Besides the whole miscommunication and not replacing the dress.... it was an ok experience being in the store trying on the dress. They want to help you find the dress YOU want... they really make sure that you don't just settle.
