I worked with Pat Mcgrath for about 6 years now. My experience has been great overall. They finally got me into a new auto, which is what I really wanted. I worked with Ricky Crawford, via phone and text and he really did a great job in working with me, as I was a very difficult buyer. But we finally got what I wanted. I would definitely recommend him.
