Sent them an email saying I wanted more information as well as a carfax for one of their cars (they claim all there cars are carfax certified). I also said I wanted to deal over email only first ( I hate talking to cars salesmen). A week later, no response. Finally they emailed me back telling me to call them. I sent another email saying the same as the first, that I didn't want to talk to a sales person over the phone, I wanted to deal with email so i could see everything written down. A few days later they emailed me back saying they don't deal over the internet normal because of to may scammers online. Are you for real? So finally I called them and talked to the receptionist. I said i wanted them to email me the carfax and wanted to talk to someone about the car. TShe said they would call me back once one of the sales people was available to talk. They never called me back or sent the carfax. I called again a few more times over the next few day and even left messages on the sales peoples phones but still no reply. I guess this place is a sham. I cant beleive this is a dealership. The best part is in there emails, they say ""The Car Shack is a 100% legit independent car dealership that has been around for 21 years making a name for ourselves"". ha. after reading the reviews, i now know why the never called be back. this place is a sham, praying on dumb people with bad credit. Its a sham... I would have paid in cash
