My future husband an I booked King Vincent Storm for our wedding because we loved their photography. We gave them our downpayment and the owner Vinny, contacted us around the 6 month mark to request our 2nd payment.\r
We paid the money due and then found out by accident that Annmarie, Vinny's wife and our 2nd photographer was due around our wedding and wouldn't be able to shoot at our wedding. When my future husband inquired what that mean for our wedding, we were informed that some other photographer who works with KVS would be joining us for our wedding. \r
When asked if we could see the other photographer’s work, we were told that his work is protected under KVS and the photos we origionaly saw (and were lead to believe was the work of Vinny and Annmarie) was actually some of his work. \r
While I was very unhappy with this answer, I also mentioned that I wanted a female photographer for my wedding. When I told Vinny this he responded with ""well it's not like i'm taking naked pictures."" which was completley disrespectful.\r
We told Vinny we wern't happy with the situation and wanted to get another photographer. \r
He refused to give us back half of our 2nd payment saying it was a deposit for a videographer even though we never signed a contract. We are still waiting for our money.\r
Beautiful photography but very dishonest and rude people to deal with beware!
