First of all, I am truly amazed at how the situation was handled.
While it was stressful and I loved the Jeep, I feel much more safe in the Rav 4. I am incredible thankful that the dealership was accommodating and welling to work with me. I believe in a previous email I mentioned that when I was 15 years old and looking for cars, my mom and I test drove a Rav 4. So, this has truly been a blessing in disguise because nine years later I have my dream car. Tommy has been absolutely phenomenal in assisting us with getting a quality and safe vehicle. Even after the purchase of the Jeep, Tommy came out to get a signature and called to see how I was feeling about the Jeep. Even after the purchase of my Rav 4, Tommy called to make sure everything was running okay. The amount and dedication of this dealership is something to be shared. Everyone at the dealership should be proud of the work they conduct. I did not feel as though I was just ""another person who bought a car,"" but actually an individual. The work ethic and customer service is something that is unheard and I can safely say that I will be a Toyota owner for life. I have also passed the word along to my family and friends. Everyone has been literally ""blown"" away. Thank you for looking at my unique individual situation and continued support. I LOVE the Rav 4...it is perfect and has been the wait.
