We have been totally satisfied with the personal service of Miner's Chem-Dry. We love the fact that the carpet is not super wet and dries quickly. The personnel involved, those who do the service and those who schedule, are always friendly and professional. We have thus far received nothing but excellent and personal service, making us feel like valued customers. The carpet looks great and there are two wheelchairs, a walker, and a dog in our household. They pay attention to the details, both big and small. I give them 5+ stars.
