I called Dial One Sonshine to get a second opinion after another company proposed an outrageous scope of work and cost estimate. Dial One Sonshine came to our home, evaluated the problem and were able to clear our blockage by simply snaking the drain, for one tenth the cost the first company wanted. It was immediately evident that the first company lied and proposed a wildly unnecessary scope of work to gouge us. Contractors are notorious for putting down their competition to position themselves as the "best" one. But even in this situation where the first company deserved to be criticized, Dial One Sonshine refrained and instead concentrated on what they could do which was and is highly ethical work, more than fair prices with utmost integrity.
