These guys are a great Los Angeles based passport and visa agency. I had a problem where I neglected to renew my passport when it expired and sure enough I called to leave to country. So I looked around and saw that having a passport rushed was very pricey and I wanted to make sure things went perfect or else I would of been in a bad spot. So I came across Russian Universal Services and they did a fantastic job, every one was so helpful and got me in and our of there fast.\r
