I used to think of myself as reasonably fit. That suddenly came to an end. I had surgery and when I tried to go back to my usual exercises, I could no longer do what I did before and wasn’t able to overcome the injuries despite physical therapy session. Additionally, exercising resulted in new injuries. I tried to work with a personal trainer at a fitness center, but didn’t see much of the “personal” aspect in there.\r

A friend led me to AAP fitness. The training I have had there has helped me tremendously. Before, my right arm movement was restricted (rotor cuff tear), now I have regained full movement and strength in my arm. I play competitive tennis again, this time without sustaining new injuries.\r

I do not feel self conscious in the AAP gym. I see people there of all ages, all sizes and all different fitness levels. AAP fitness is doing a great job working with each one of them at their personal ability level. The atmosphere at the gym if very friendly and motivating. AAP fitness is affordable and most important to me, personal, working with me on my needs at my level.\r

I had the opportunity to train with several of the professional trainers at AAP fitness. They all bring something new to my training exercises. All of them have been friendly, committed and clearly knowledgeable. \r

Thank you AAP fitness\r
