I got a 3 day notice from the DEP last Saturday. I called Joseph L. Balkan and spoke with a nice operator who sent a rep within 1 hour. He gave me a fair written job description with a 10 year guarantee . He said that they could pull permits and start work at 8AM on Monday. As promised the workers arrived on time and did excellent work leaving my property clean and undamaged by that very afternoon! No other contractor was as professional or prompt to my urgent request for service. Neither was I charged 4% for paying with a credit card as some of the others wanted to do so.
