I had these mechanics recommended by a friend who has been going here for years - I am going to try to change his mind. I needed a starter replaced on my car and the price I paid was a little high, maybe $20 over what I found online, but they were courteous and had it fixed fast.
But, after paying, I went out to find my door broken with no mention of this from anyone at the desk! After being told I needed to have the whole door assembly replaced, and nothing like a sorry or being helpful, the mechanic walked away and left me with my door panel off. I had them put the panel back on and left.
