They refused to read the timing of my car as per Honda's explicit directions, thus failing my car's smog test; twice.
Honda specifically states that you MUST short a specific jumper in my car in order to receive a correct distributor timing reading.
The tech admitted that he did not and ""that it doesn't really matter""; but failed me for the timing being off.
I had the timing checked by another mechanic (after failing the first test) & it was correct.
They charged me anyway. I've smog-ed my cars there several other times but will take my business elsewhere.
