Working with PW was an interesting experience. My father-in-law (s-term memory issues) saw one of their ads on TV and low and behold, I had a PW associate sitting at my kitchen table signing papers and taking a down payment when I came home from work. Since this is what he wanted, acting as his PofA, I stepped in to facilitate his bankruptcy. Since this was a slam dunk bankruptcy case, hiring a paralegal for a 1/3rd the price would have been my advice if I knew this was his decision. Let's just say their advertising works :) \r

With that said, Maura was my first contact with this company and was very prompt and courteous at her tasks. Keep in mind that this a large company with a lot of bankruptcy filings and you become a number. Maura passed along my documents to the next paralegal who was to process everything. If anyone in the company drop the ball, it was this person. The paperwork sat on her desk (digital desk) and it was me who had to jar the next step from Maura...who got the ball rolling again. In fact, this person neglected to process all the medical bills which were discovered at the meeting of the creditors......ouch! It would have been 5 stars if it wasn't for this step which caused a lot of heartache. Keep in mind that I did all the work. This was not a shoebox delivered. All of the companies with amounts, copies of bills, addresses were on a spreadsheet all documents were PDF and done. \r

Jumping ahead, PW sent a young man (Bryan Kidder) who was outstanding. He made the necessary adjustments at the meeting, called his office, followed up with me afterwards, and PW added all the medical bills to the list at their own expense. \r

I encountered many lawyers throughout the process with Bennett Taylor being the primary. Based on my email notes, four lawyers in all assisted me in this process. All emails were answered within a reasonable timeframe and a few requested I call, which I did, and the questions were answered. Bennet helped me get through a car deal that got a little complicated but we made it happen. \r

The pre and post interview stuff with Greenpath can be a pain and time consuming but this is not anything PW can control. In fact, Maura kicked us in the butt to get it done!
