I was having very bad wrist pain due to the last 7 years spent as a programmer, and was ready to have surgery on my right wrist until I saw an article Dr. Wampler had written about wrist pain coming from the neck and spine. I started going about a month ago and already I've seen a significant change in my wrist pain and not only has the pain gone down, I'm getting more strength in my arm. I'm just happy that I don't have to do surgery and that this has worked so well. I highly recommend them.
