Sadly to say I stayed at this establishment for 4 days total on 2 occasions.......NEVER AGAIN!!\r

I chose the room with a steam shower as I am a fan of this venue. The sign clearly stated ""to be careful"" and ""stand away from the nozzle where the steam forced into the shower space”. I am 5’ 3” adult woman, and can read, and I am savvy of steam showers. Not even directly infron of the steam nozzle, I could feel a sharp burn on my leg. I screamed as I felt a burn while showering. I observed and nothing was visible of a burn mark on my leg. I just needed lots of ice and time to relax. The next morning there was a bruise on my left leg and it got worse as the days went on. I took pictures of the crude burn and decided to email as an attachment with my note. I then call the owner after several attempts to calling him, and finally he returned my call. As soon as we both introduced ourselves I could feel the fling of his sword through his words as he spoke and argued with me that “the burn was not the height of the steam nozzle”. He had been calculating and really was not concerned about me or my injury, only about “what do you want from me”. His intentions were very shallow; as my intentions were to only engage in a concerned conversation about a situation that was clearly avoidable; and for proper care be taken for future guests. I AM SURE THERE ARE MANY OTHER ESTABLISHEMENTS THAT I WILL GET GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE AND PROPER HANDLING OF MISFORTUNATE SITUATIONS. \r
