I have to agree with the post by Fonda Barnes the experience we had at IHOP was wonderful. We went on a Sunday Morning when they first opened and it was very crowded . They told us we would have a 15 min wait and we were seated in 10. The waitress was polite and very attentive to our needs. Food was hot and right on time. We would highly recommend this restaurant.
