Hands down the best bartender's school in south Florida. Instructors were both knowledgeable and diverse in their styles. Every aspect of bartending was covered in class from open to close and everything in between, including just about every drink that has ever hit a liver in history. \r
Roughly 90% of the class time was spent hands on mixing drinks, learning drink formulas, point of sale equipment, and operating procedures. Each student gets their own station!\r
All in all I recommend this class to any and everyone. A truly fun experience that will pay for itself many times over in the first month. I can't rave about the staff enough!
