I have been to Ritual about 10 times. I tried it from the high reviews in Citysearch and asked for Venus because of all her rave reviews. Venus was fantastic but left the salon. So I tried several other stylists who were ok, but nothing to write home about. So I made an appointment with Shawn the owner. She did a great job with my hair. However. I was shocked by her high price for the cut when after the appointment I went to pay. I want to say it was something ridiculous like $65, which I was not told about before the appointment. I figured it might be higher than the other stylists, I expecting like $45 maybe even $50... but the price was too much. Her prerogative, obviously she has made a name and some people are willing to pay that, but despite the great cut from her I have not been back since. Honestly thought it was a bit pretentious for a salon owner in a strip mall in Hillsboro to charge that much.
