Has anyone been able to reach anyone there? I've been trying to call and the number is blocked.
I, too, fell for this scam, and tried finding who the site was registered to. I did come across a name, called someone with that name where the site was registered, and soon enough Christine and Bernard from Mack Insurance were calling me back to try to get me my refund. Unfortunately, I still haven't seen one, and am desperately trying to figure out how to track them down. If anyone else has any leads, please do share. I've tried calling from different phones, and asked to subpoena the records of who has cashed the money pack but no luck.
