I will start this by saying I have done business with this company for 6 years. Customer service has never been great, but that is hard to come by these days. So, I called my payment in as I do every month, not thinking anything of it. Later, that day I checked my account balance and they had taken almost $200.00 more than authorized from my account. I called and was told there was a mistake and they had cancelled that payment by this time my bank had already put this money on hold. So, I called my bank and the lady told me all she had to have was an approval code and a merchant number and they would release the funds. Ok, so I called East Arkansas Video was put on hold for 25 min only for the very rude lady to come on he phone saying she didnt have either of those. At this time I have to wait 48 hrs for my bank to release these funds all because someone doesnt know how to do their job!! During all this I was told several time this was my fault. So, I am cancelling my service and would advise other to be very cautious when using this company!!!!
