The passenger door of a parked Red & White taxi flew open and knocked off my sideview mirror downtown Minneapolis last night on 6th & Nicollet at about 1 a.m. I pulled over to talk to the driver, but the taxi immediately sped off. I called the company to complain, but they took no responsibility and would not listen to me. Now I have to buy a new mirror because of the driver's irresponsible actions. NOT the way to run a business folks. Taxi drivers (or anyone) should not be allowed to flee the scene when THEY damage people's cars, it makes the company look awful. I am not surprised this company has so many bad reviews, and it looks like I am not the only one who has had to deal with a driver speeding away. I hope these guys go out of business. Since they refused to listen to me when I called, I will be filing a police report on Monday. Shame on you Red & White. I wish I could give negative stars.
