Wow, what a crappy cab company.
Ordered a cab on 3/19. After 30 minutes of nothing, I call back to check on the cab and the woman tells me the cab is 'close'.
Ten minutes later still nothing. I call again. The woman who answered the phone informs me they called me TWICE (my phone never rang nor did they leave a message when they supposedly called) and they won't be sending me another cab. Huh, crazy? Then the woman hung up on me. What customer service, lady!
Can guarantee I'm never calling them again and have already deleted their number from my phone.
Only use Red & White is you want a no-show cab and sub-par customer service!
