I purchased an auto policy from this agency in 2010 because their rates were competitive, and their office was close to my home. I now regret that I did so. They cannot execute the simplest requests on your policy without attempting to overbill you. In my case, the amounts weren't large, but the nickel-and-diming was very annoying. Even when I took the time to point out their errors, they refused to credit me back the overcharges. They demonstrate unethical behavior, and I would advise you to seek insurance somewhere else.
