Kathy was as previously helpful and friendly and the work got done. I am a ""regular"" and may not buy another Volvo as this S-80 with 91,000 miles on it is so good that it may last another 7 years-we do about 7500-8000 miles/year- whch would bring me to age 80 when my wife says I have to give up driving and owning a car.
