A Roommate and me rented a duplex off La Riviera Dr when we were in college and they dinged us abit for cleaning and a few repairs which is probably normal, but 2 years ago I moved into a house in Fair Oaks that they manage and things have been fine. I fix alot of the little things myself but have have probably 2 or 3 items that I couldn't take care of and they fixed them without any problems.
