I bought a rental home in the Sacramento area almost 10 years ago and living in San Jose I had to hire a management company to manage the home. The first company was actually a real estate agent who seemed to not know what she was doing and only lasted about 8 months before she let us know that she was selling all of her accounts to another company. I went thru 2 other management companies with not terrific results until I hired Cornette in 2007.
