I went to Fix Car Now in West LA with a squeak in my steering every time I turned the wheel. They fixed that problem by replacing 3 tie rod ends and did an alignment. They charged me $526. I left thinking all was well and when I got home a new grinding sound started that I had never heard before. This had happened on Friday and I waited the weekend to call them back. So during this 2 day wait I decided to call around and double check the price on the work they had done. I called a major auto repair place and based on what I was told, I was charged double on the parts and alignment. Then when Monday came I had my car towed to them (which they didn't even bother to pay back the tow charges) cause I didn't want it to get more messed up. They said they couldn't figure out what the noise was but noticed something loose, tightened it, and sent me on my way. By the time I got home my car was making the same noise. To sum it up I wouldn't recommend them to my worse enemy.
