I've had a pretty bad experience with Papa Johns recently. I attempted to order online and the estimated delivery time was 45 minutes. That's reasonable until two hours pass and you still don't have your pizza. I called and asked to speak with a manager, his response was that they have no control over the online system. I asked if it was too late to cancel and he said that the only way we could get a refund and complain was to email the corporate website. I proceeded to email the Papa Johns corporate website, not just once, but TWICE. This was over 2 months ago. I still have not heard a response. Papa Johns pizza is decent, which is the only reason why I gave 2 stars. more
