I have read the negative postings on here and frankly the reason I came back here to post was because the mother in front of me at checkout the day of our appointment was so rude complaining that she was going to come here and post negative things. All because her baby did not cooperate and she demanded free services. Our experience was great even though we did not get ""perfect"" images, but we knew that going into it because their website explains this. Still we got to spend time with our baby and the images were very good. I felt so bad for the receptionist. And their Redo policy is more than generous to come back for a second session so I just couldn't sit back and let this lady (or these others) bad mouth this company. This was probably the best ""pregnancy"" experience my husband and I have had that allows us to experience the baby together. I would highly recommend doing this!
