Ms. Moody and her husband Tomasz Kierzkowski contracted a 21 passenger party bus from 1:30pm until 5:30pm for a period of 4 hours, not the 5 hours claimed by Mrs. Moody- Kierzkowski . The vehicle arrived at the above address at 1:07pm for a1:30pm scheduled pickup and sat idle until 1:35pm and then took the groomsmen to the Seton Hall University Chapel as contracted. The Bus arrived at 2:09pm and after the groomsmen were discharged, the bus immediately left for the Belleville location.
