The people at Allen lawnmower hare habitual liers. They lie when they say they will ship, they lie and say no one is available to talk to day, ofter day, after day. After 3 months my chain saw finally arrived and it was the wrong one. They lied and said they would ship the correct one and never did. Check with the better business bureau, they have an F. DO NO BUY ANYTHING FROM THESE LIERS.
