Shhhhh..don't know why I am letting the cat out of the bag, but Studio Lotus has got to be the best kept secret in Atlanta.
I originally joined for the kettlebells, envisioning myself squatting and thrusting...but immediately fell for the pilates.
This is a serene location, off the beaten path, free parking and a beautiful facility. I liked the kettlebell classes but I was drawn to the pilates immediately.
Watching the instructors work with their students, I was impressed by their knowledge and techniques. I have discovered muscles I was previously unaware existed.
They offer a variety of classes and instructional options, and you can really progress at Studio Lotus and refine your practice. Additionally, they have at least 3 classes from 5pm-8pm, to accommodate those of us who are on the job 9-5 and there are diverse payment options.
