Do not hire this cab company. I called USA Taxi to arrange to go to O'Hare airport to and from Waukegan, Illinois. The taxi never showed up and we were scrambling late to the airport. The same thing happened on the return trip. They forgot to pick us up. I didn't tip the cab driver because of their incompetence and he got rude and said ""carry your own baggage out"".
