I'm probably like most average customers of any business. I've got 3 kids, I work outside the home, I work inside the home (!), and I have to watch what I spend in time and money. I wanted to get pictures of all my kids from their school pictures but couldn't order when they were taken. No problem they said. Order any time. I didn't have to call and be put on hold in some other state. I didn't have to tell them my life story. I was treated with respect and courtesy with personal attention. It 's nice to know a local company who really cares about their customers. Made me smile the rest of the day. Wish all businesses could remember that it's their customers who keep them in business. more
