The first time I called Schneider One Hour, I had waited for two days for someone to come. When he did come out, I had to wait 4 hours for him to show up. Apparently, the employee was hungry and had something to eat first. I told him about the sign they have, that if he wasn't here in an hour, it was free. Without argument, he didn't charge me for the work.
The next time I called, Schneider One Hour was here within 15 minutes; that was nice! All in all, everyone has been very pleasant. They got the work done, and didn't leave any mess. I enjoy having them come, but I don't like having to have them come, if you know what I mean. It was a good experience, except for the one time, but that was only because I was so cold for so long, and besides, that was awhile a go.
