I found Liat to be warm, laid back and genuine. She was pretty accurate with what was going on in my life at the time, and gave some advice as to how to move forward. Although I took notes, she was diligent in sending a recap via email a couple of days later.
She is caring and takes pride in what she does. I would highly recommend her!!
