A friend from the mainland stayed here and I was a bit disappointed about her accommodations. The room was damp and smelled like mildew. I had gone down to the desk and asked if the hotel was booked. They declined to say and I brought up my friend's room situation and the girl at the desk doubted me before even sending someone to see for themselves.
The concierge then ignored me as she pretended to take calls, which her fellow assistants could have done and I waited for almost half an hour when I gave up and walked away. As I walked away, she was then free (amazingly) from her phone call and then they looked at each other and said something and laughed. I knew they were talking about me and I was very disappointed. I am writing this review because of this poor quality of service I received.
