I first worked with this business last year when referred from a friend. We booked a trip to Europe there could have been improvement in service but it was done but we didn't walk away pleased.
My friend then booked our tickets through her for Europe for ease lack of return calls was frustrating and the days we wanted were not exactly what we wanted but we made due.
Trying to figure out a trip to Asia my friend suggested I call her to check into it. I called on a Saturday mid morning and received a return call on Sunday and gave her our specific dates and what our goal was and added if she had any suggestions to offer from her experience that would be great. I called her Tuesday since I had not heard anything from her, she stated she was out of the office for a few days and would call me back. On Friday I didn't hear anything and called to ask what was going on and if she didn't have any interest to let me know as she now has put me in a bad position losing 6 days. She said she had not been getting good pricing, air around 2k to go to Asia, but would check w/ another wholesaler and get right back to me ( that was 12:45). At 5:13 pm she called back and left a message, I called her around 6 and she started talking about a tour and listing all these different places. I told her it was very confusing and asked if she could email me that information. She said she would be back in the office in 1/2 hour and would call me back when she had it in front of her to email. She called back and was talking about a tour that seemed to cover all we want to do. Funny thing is, is that I told her we wanted to cover 4 countries and fly in and out of different cities as to not backtrack. I had told her tours didn't interest us as we wanted to be on our own schedule. I asked again for an email and was floored when she said It won't let me email it, just google (she named the website) and scroll down, look at it and let me know. I thought I was going to her for help not for me to google my own trip. To top it off she said it would cost 3800 to 4900, needless to say I called a different agent 630 on a Friday night that my friend said is the best and she got our airfare for 1049 each w/ taxes included and is helping us to plan the rest of the trip.
To say the least I feel there was no service or help, I'm not going to pay someone to tell me to ""google it"". I guess 3 trips in under 12 months out of the country isn't substantial enough! I would pass up a free trip if I had to work with her and this company again!
