First off i want to say that the food when we go is always excellent to good job to the cooks. There is one server in particular that is awful, she is an older looking lady with dark hair, i would give her name but she has never greeted us with it so i have no idea. She is very rude, not once has she offered to give us refills we had to ask every time and when we wanted boxes we had to ask and she acted like it was such a tall order. Word of advice to that server, if you don't like your job WORK SOMEWHERE ELSE! Please don't treat the customer poorly. I was a server for five years and if i would have treated customers the way we were treated here i would have never made any money. Again i think the food is excellent every time, and i don't want to put down all the servers, i just want people to know not to expect much in the way of customer service. I usually do not complain but i have had this server many times and it is always the same thing so i feel i have to say something.
