We are about to purchase our second Nautilus system, for a second site. Our first system outdid itself. It delivered on everything promised, and then some. I would recommend this company to any restaurant or bar. It is very easy to use. Even our new managers caught on right away. It has many features that other companies wanted to charge us for. We use the Gift Card System, Customer Loyalty System, Table Interface / Reservations, and Inventory. All were included in the base price. The price was also very affordable. We paid $24,000 for a 6 terminal system,. That was $6000 lower than any other company. And it included a 3 year warranty. We have had the system for 18 months and have never had anything break. But it is nice to know that it would be replaced, tomorrow, if something did break. As far as I am concerned, you cannot go wrong with Nautilus.
