The sales person over the phone did an excellent job explaining the entire carpet cleaning process to me and giving me an exact price quote over the phone. We had 10 rooms of carpet cleaned and some kitchen tile floor cleaned and sealed. The work was done with perfection, and with no mess in the rest of the house.
