I had a broken sump pump today, and needed immediate help. I am deaf and cannot use a phone, so I went to the contact us for Roto Rooter...someone responded to my email within 45 minutes, and within one hour from thensomeone was here with a new pump, and wonderful service. I had Brad T., who was great, and very professional. Although it cost a bit, and being unemployed now for 2 1/2 years, it hurt my pocketbook, but the excellent service, prompt response was way well worth it, and I would do it all over again...Thank You Roto Rooter for being so considerate and helping me when no one else would !!
