I'm a woman so we all know that's a negative when trying to get your car fixed. Joby made me feel comfortable and always takes time out to explain what's going on with my car and answer any questions I have. I believe he cares about my car just as much as I do. I wholeheartedly trust JOBY because he knows what he is doing and is DIRECT and HONEST about what I need and don't need. I LOVE my SAAB as if it were my baby. I am so thankful my friend referred me here because I know I am getting the best care for my baby.
