Penning Plumbing is always professional. I've used them many times over the years and had really good luck with them. I'm the type of person that wouldn't keep using them if I wasn't happy or they weren't doing a good job.
My only suggestion is for potential customers to be aware that they are expensive, but I don't know of a plumber who isn't. Just be prepared to have a lot of credit on your cards or available cash, you'll need it to pay them.
