Pros: great support staff, clean offices, worked with my finances, replaced crown when it broke off. Cons: took six office visits and four months to complete a freakin crown. Bullied into an" advanced" cerec crown (not covered by my insurance) with the promise that it would look better, last longer, and better protect my tooth. Seven months later I was back in the dental chair, the crown having fallen out. They then told me they were going to put a post crown in afterall.... the same "lesser" technology they talked me out of before. Only now i'm out $1200 (plus at least two extra days of missed work) I wouldn't have been had I been given this crown in the first place. I feel manipulated and, ultimately, swindled.
