I recently had Champion Windows out to my home for a FREE in-home consult and from Day 1 they have been very pleasant, honest and extremely knowledeable about not only their products but also their competition. The bottom line is that I purchased 8 replacement windows from them and have been extremely satisfied with not only our Sales Rep Mike but the installation crew. I feel completely comfortable knowing that working directly with a manufacturer like Champion Windows that if a problem every arises, their Lifetime Warranty as stated will cover anything and everything!!
