I own a Nissan Murano in which the hatch had started to rattle. I had brought it to the Nissan dealership at a min of 2 times for them to fix. Each time I was there it took them a min of 3 hours to "Fix" the problem which was never fixed. So, I contacted Steve Flatt a sales associate at Rydells, he brought me back to Travis Bursinger in the Service Dept. Travis scheduled me right away to get the hatch fixed. My experience with the service Dept at Rydells (Travis Bursinger) was exceptional. I feel he went above and beyond to assist in fixing a problem. Thank you so much.
